Ha! Maybe I'm a little messed up*, but I thought that was by turns adorable, hilarious, and awesome.

(*Okay, I know I'm a little messed up; whether or not it has anything to do with my reaction to this video is another question.)

I love this guy's videos, although some are truly a lot grosser than this one. I think his voice helps a lot.

If by "messed up" you mean pretty darned awesome yourself, then I'll accept your self-description. Heh.

It is just a bit awesome, isn't it? Although the bit about faces being ripped off ... ah, well, Mother Nature, eh?

{giggling madly} That. Was. Fabulous.

I slao remember being told at Singapore Zoo that owls are one of the dimmest of the predatory birds, despite the fact that we think they are - because they look - so wise.

OTOH< they also said our galahs were smart, which makes me wonder...

Heh ... so galahs aren't that smart?

They're supposed to be, but given the number I have to work HARD not to kill when I'm driving (they seem to think cars are soft and fluffy to hit) oe who stuff themselves with seed to much to get off the ground some days... I have to doubt it.

They're very pretty, though.

Well, the space in owls' heads is mostly taken up by eyeballs, not brains. If humans had the same eyeball to head size proportions as owls, our eyeballs would be the size of grapefruits.

(I am inordinately pleased about having an icon that is actually apropos to this comment.)

Eeee, centaur-eye soup!

Huh? Are you thinking of a different image of an eyeball floating in liquid? Because this icon is the cup of tea with accidental eyeball from Sherlock. It has nothing to do with centaurs as far as I know unless there's some connection I'm not aware of.

Oh god, this is perfect. XDDD I died at the fairytale bit. (And at the very ending, I was really waiting for the moment when that guy would get his fingers bitten off…)
