Yup. I've always been slow to heel, and I probably shouldn't be surprised at this. And yet, I am (and also worrying that my exercises have caused some of the problem.) Sigh.

From what I know of you, dear, that above is a pretty amusing typo. Especially if by slow you mean "never" :D

*Grins* Glad to see I'm not the only one who caught that!

But why didn't I catch it, she asked plaintively ....

Tired+Typos=Not Catching of Double Meanings from Errors. Tis all good though. True statements - and there is no bad in them. Just means a little slower on the feet and doesn't buckle to pressure (all in one set of words). Rather found it awesome, really. After all, if one is going to typo, one had better make it a FANTASTIC typo. :D

AAAAAAAAAAAAaaaarrrggggg!

Honestly, I wish I could say that I did that deliberately. I actually thought I'd fixed that and I obviously didn't. Heh.

Crumb indeed. I just want it off before fall's with us in earnest.

That would not be a fun thing to have to lug around in winter. Though honestly I can't imagine it's any too comfortable in 95 degree heat. : 0

It's odd, but I've come to find it very comfortable. Which tells me I've been too long in it.

I am surprised you are allowed to wear opened toed footwear at work.

Heh - since my workplace is just across the hall from my bedroom, I'm allowed to wear PJs to work. And frequently do.

I'm sorry to hear your foot has been refused parole:(

And it had been such a model prisoner! (Actually, I'll admit it did, more than occasionally, go walkabout - which is probably at least a tiny part of the "slow recover" thing.)

Completely unrelated and you may have seen this already http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/doctorwho/entries/5a6ab33f-9274-4ac4-b181-bd5c6601871e.

I don't follow Dr Who but I do follow PC based computer games. You are only one of two people I know who might be interested. I will tell the other when he wakes up.

I'm not much of a gamer, but I have a son who used to love to play games, and who is a honking huge Whovian ... this may be relevant to his interests.
