Writer's Block: Pick and Stick
If you could only eat one kind of cuisine—Mexican, Thai, French, Italian, Indian, Chinese, etc.—for the rest of your life, which one would you choose?
Also? Giving myself "Indian" cuisine is a bit of a cheat, because I'm granting myself the infinite variety of the sub-continent; I'd never get gastronomically bored. I mean, saying "Indian cuisine" is a bit - more than a bit, actually - like saying "African cuisine," or "European cuisine" or even "American Cuisine." All of those are large, and contain multitudes.
