And Above All, Look To The Stars To Find The Earth

Before I go to bed, without much to say right now ... I just want to say how much I love this, how lovely I think it is. It deserves lots more views. It puts me in mind of [personal profile] promethia_tenk and [personal profile] elisi , and their words and discussion. And it's brilliant just all by itself.

*laughs* It was made (partly) in response to my (our) big TWoRS meta. Hence the falling chess king etc. Post w/thoughts & links etc here. :)

Agh ... the link goes to their DW vimeo link, but doesn't link back to your TWoRS meta. I can't believe I didn't read it! I definitely didn't realize that the video was in response, but it must have done its job spectacularly well, because you two just floated into my mind on all the gorgeous, starry light.

You did not read my TWoRS meta? I thought all of LJ had... *g* Anyway, it's here:

Whups. Not only had I read the meta, I answered it at length. My short term memory sucks eggs. I still love it. I still don't quite agree with everything, and I still love portions of it with a great joyous love. And what a wonderful thing, to be able to read it again!

oooh- I love that video. I downloaded it to my hard-drive awhile back, and watch it whenever I need some inspiration on just why my main goal in life is to create stories.

Yeah, I think I need to do that, too. It's so incredibly powerful, but in a joy-filled way.

Oh, thanks. I don't know quite how I missed that one, but I had - and it was utterly beautiful, you're right.

Isn't it, though? :)
