Finally
I might have wanted more of them to understand the idea of rights for all, but I'll take a 5-4 decision: SCOTUS rules in favor of marriage for everyone.
There are too many things out there that need fixing and fighting to spend too long celebrating, but allow those of us who live in the U.S. at least a while to breath out a sigh of relief, to indulge in some fist-pumps, to hug each other and cry or dance in relief.
Then let's get on with continuing to make our corner of the world better.

Is that right? Fathers can marry daughters? Mothers can marry sons? Siblings can marry each other? We can marry 3 people or 10? How about grandparents and grandchildren? Well, you did say everyone, right?
What idiocy.
You are obviously upset about the decision today. I don't know whether your anger caused you to visit the journal "homes" of other people with whom you normally don't interact. I don't know why you chose to try to interact with me in this fashion. All of that is probably moot.
I am sorry you feel the way you do. I'm not sure there is much more I can say, but I will say that I wish only the best for you in the future.
Thank the heavens this came through! And it was just one in a few surprises that court had for us. They have put through such terrible decisions the last few years, I hadn't dared to hope -
But I guess miracles DO happen, Virginia!
*HUGS*
I know, right? Woo-hoo!!!!!
